Position Available:  MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
PCM Credit Union (Green Bay branch) is seeking a Full-Time Member Service Representative (“MSR”).  The ideal candidate must be a highly motivated self-starter, eager to learn, able to problem solve with great people skills and interested in joining a family-like culture in the field of financial services.

As a cooperative, PCM Credit Union is member-owned. Unlike other financial institutions where membership is generally available to the general public, PCM Credit Union’s membership exclusively limits its operation to serving the employees of select employers throughout northeast Wisconsin, as well as their family members, and has done so since 1958.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide service with a smile and a positive, energetic attitude towards both PCM Credit Union members and co-workers.
  • Excited to join a fast-growing credit union being adaptive to change. A fast learner and capable of quickly becoming familiar with PCM Credit Union’s products, services and regulatory requirements in order to best serve our members.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED recipient.
  • 1 year minimum of member/customer service experience and cash handling experience
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook).
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, proficient at multi-tasking, incredibly organized, able to meet deadlines and effective at time-management.
  • Flexible to work on Saturdays (in a rotation).

Position Available:  FULL TIME – IT Specialist
PCM Credit Union (Green Bay branch) is seeking a Full-Time – IT Specialist to join our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have a general working knowledge of desktop applications and concepts such as MS-Office, patch management understanding, networking concepts, file and print shares, Microsoft server, powershell, virtualization, virtual lans (VLan) and active directory. Must have strong interpersonal, verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills as well as be a self-starter, have high initiative, be well organized and dependable. Must be accurate and detail oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to internal inquiries and develops solutions for component failures and complex technical problems in all of these areas to deliver a sound and stable computing infrastructure; providing exceptional support while demonstrating a sense of priorities.
  • Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot PCs, servers, and all other computer related systems, devices, and equipment. Maintain documented resolutions and operating procedures.
  • Maintain user accounts on networks and applications. Make certain proper permissions are established within applications and in the network operating systems and active directory (AD).
  • Maintain internal web server and email web server. Ensure all security measures, AntiVirus, Firewall, IDS, email scanner, etc. are functioning properly.
  • Ensure that all backups of all servers are functioning correctly.
  • Supports, monitors, tests, and troubleshoots hardware and software problems pertaining to the Local Area Network in a Windows AD environment.
  • Additional responsibilities include checking server and firewall logs, scrutinizing network traffic for credit union violations, evaluating inconsistent adherence to security policies, etc. This person will also analyze and resolve security breaches and vulnerability issues in a timely and accurate fashion, and conduct user activity audits where required.
  • Will be responsible for change management for all changes made to system components in a manner that allows for notification to affected parties and that allows for recovery from the change in the event it is necessary.
  • Responsible for documenting procedures and policies for deploying products in area of responsibility in a manner such that future deployment and redeployments are repeatable with a high degree of success.
  • Assists with IT audits, exams and conducts minutes of IT meetings.

Qualifications: Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 4–6-years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Networking Certificate Preferred and Microsoft Certification Preferred
