Position Available: CONSUMER LOAN PROCESSOR/POST CLOSER

PCM Credit Union (Green Bay branch) is seeking a Full-Time Consumer Loan Processor/Post Closer. The ideal candidate would be ambitious, well organized, meticulous with detail and follow-up, as well as have highly effective communication skills; interested in joining a professional family-like culture in the field of financial services.

As a cooperative, PCM Credit Union is member-owned. Unlike other financial institutions where membership is generally available to the general public, PCM Credit Union’s membership exclusively limits its operation to serving the employees of select companies throughout northeast Wisconsin, as well as their family members, and has done so since 1958.

Key Responsibilities: Process in-house consumer loans in a timely solution driven manner to accommodate the member, loan officer and meet the expected closing deadlines.
• Prepare all documents necessary for closing in-house consumer loans and ensure that all files are complete, organized and compliant.
• Put closed loan files together in required stacking order and review each file for missing or incomplete documents or compliance issues.
• Follows up with the loan officer and/or member to make sure all post-closing items are completed in a timely fashion.
• Assists the loan officers in compiling information to accurately make loan decisions.
• Provides professional service that is both courteous, prompt and timely to internal and external customers; including lenders, loan processing team and members.
• Understands that compliance, privacy, confidentiality and member financial integrity are necessary.
• Assists with projects as they pertain to the loan policy, loan procedures, loan compliance, and other duties as requested by senior management, to assist in meeting team and organizational goals.
• Capable of problem solving effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Professional & Educational Qualifications:
✓ Proficient at multi-tasking, incredibly organized, able to meet deadlines and effective at time-management.
✓ Familiarity with consumer and mortgage loan documents
✓ High level communicator; written and orally; competencies in lending compliance as it relates to financial institutions, particularly credit unions. (preferred, but not required)
✓ Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.

Technology Qualifications:
✓ Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word and Excel
✓ Knowledge of Portico data processing system (Loancierge), as plus.

Position Available: PART-TIME MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

PCM Credit Union (Marinette branch) is seeking a Part-Time Employee –Member Service Representative (“MSR”). The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday, no weekend work required, eager to learn, able to problem solve with great people skills and interested in joining a family-like culture in the field of financial services.

Key Responsibilities: This position is a part-time Member Service Representative. The candidate would have a positive, energetic attitude towards both PCM Credit Union members and co-workers; excited to join a fast-growing credit union and adaptive change; a fast learner and capable of quickly becoming familiar with PCM Credit Union’s products, services and regulatory requirements in order to best serve our members; an active listener able to actively engage with members and can ask open-ended questions to best meet their needs. In addition, the selected candidate must be able to demonstrate that they possess strong member service skills, are detail oriented, have cash handling experience, have great communication skills, and be capable of problem solving effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications: Strong member/customer service experience, familiarity with MS Office Suite (namely Word, Excel & Outlook), strong oral and written communication skills, effective at time-management and multi-tasking, cash handling and a High School Diploma/GED recipient. Previous sales experience is encouraged, though not required.
