Position Available: FULL TIME MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
PCM Credit Union (Marinette branch) is seeking a Full-Time –Member Service Representative (“MSR”). As we continue to grow in the Marinette community we are adding to our already amazing staff!
The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, ability to accommodate a work schedule Monday through Friday (no weekend work required), eager to learn, able to problem solve with great people skills and interested in joining a family-like culture in the field of financial services.
As a cooperative, PCM Credit Union is member-owned. Unlike other financial institutions where membership is generally available to the general public, PCM Credit Union’s membership exclusively limits its operation to serving the employees of select companies throughout northeast Wisconsin, as well as their family members, and has done so since 1958.
Key Responsibilities: This position is a full-time Member Service Representative. The candidate would have a positive, energetic attitude towards both PCM Credit Union members and co-workers; a fast learner and capable of quickly becoming familiar with PCM Credit Union’s products, services and regulatory requirements in order to best serve our members; an active listener able to actively engage with members and can ask open-ended questions to best meet their needs and complete their financial transactions. In addition, the selected candidate must be able to demonstrate that they possess strong member service skills, are detail oriented, have cash handling experience, have great communication skills, and be capable of problem solving effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications: Strong member/customer service experience, familiarity with MS Office Suite (namely Word, Excel & Outlook), strong oral and written communication skills, effective at time-management and multi-tasking, cash handling and a High School Diploma/GED recipient. Previous experience is encouraged, though not required.
