Online Applications:


Everyone who establishes a new account with PCM Credit Union must provide the following information prior to opening the account, without exception:

·   Name;
·   Date of Birth – for an individual;
·   Street Address – residence for an individual, physical location for a business;
·   For a U.S. Person, a Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) (social security number for an individual, Employer Identification Number (EIN) for a non-personal entity);
·   For a non-U.S. Person, one or more of the following: a TIN; passport number and country of issuance; alien identification card number; or number and country of issuance of any other government-issued document evidencing nationality or residence and bearing a photograph or similar safeguard.

Based on the type of business the customer conducts or the services requested, the Credit Union may require additional identifying information in its sole discretion.
