To open a debit card with us, you first have to become a PCM Credit Union member, use the link below to access our online membership application and complete the required information.

Once you submit your membership application someone from our team will contact you to help setup your membership account and debit card.

Round-Up Program Enrollment
Round up each of your debit card purchases into one of your savings accounts to help you save money. Transactions will round to the nearest whole dollar amount. Whole dollar amount transactions will round to the next whole dollar.
Example: 01 savings, 02 savings, 03 savings, Etc. (Round-Up cannot be deposited into HSA Savings, CDs, IRAs or Escrow Savings Accounts)

FRAUD TEXT ALERTS

You are automatically enrolled to receive text messages in the event we detect fraud related to your debit card(s). You will still receive a phone call in regards to fraud detection, if you do not respond or receive a text related to your card(s).

REQUIRED! OVERDRAFT SERVICES CONSENT FORM

If you want us to authorize and pay overdrafts on ATM and everyday debit card transactions using Courtesy Pay, please complete this section of the application to make your request. If this form is not completed and submitted to the credit union, we must assume that you DO NOT want Overdraft Protection to cover your ATM and everyday debit card transactions using Courtesy Pay. Full details are available under Overdraft Services, or by contacting the credit union.

REQUIRED! Automatic Biller Updater Request

You are automatically enrolled in Mastercard’s ABU service which means anytime you are issued a new card, whether due to card expiration, being lost or stolen, compromised, closed or upgraded, your new card information will be shared with any/all participating merchants who keep your card on file for automatic billing. Merchants are not required to participate in ABU, therefore you should still contact each one to verify that they received your updated information. This service is provided at the card level, which means each time you are issued a new card for any reason, you will need to sign another form to prevent a new card from being automatically enrolled.
