SecureNow™

To better protect your personal information, SecureNow™ provides two-factor authentication when you log in to your PCMCU account. A One-Time Passcode (OTP) will be provided, which is a temporary, secure, and unique code used to verify a user’s identity for a single login or transaction. This code will be provided via phone call or text to the phone number PCMCU has on file.

Two-factor authentication is a common and widely-used login practice. Watch this video to learn how SecureNow™ works.
